Four Cases of the Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome

Abstract
|
|
|
This is the report of 4 cases of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, treated at surgical department of WUC. H.
Main complaints are abdominal pain and vomiting in 3 cases. the other case was found b3 clinical study incidentally.
Only one case has familial history whose, sister has pigmentation on lip.
Two cases were treated by segmental intestinal resection under the diagnoscs.of intussusception. One case was treated by removal of polyp through the sigmoidoscope.
The other case was advised to follow up for her symptoms.
